It's the one that says don't paste customer data, pricing or contracts into a public AI tool. It's the right rule while the AI belongs to someone else — and it's the rule your team will quietly break, because the work is easier with it broken. The other way to solve it is to give them an AI that runs in your own building, where there is nothing to leak. That's what we build.

Is it really free, and do I have to give an email address?
Yes, free, and no. There is no account, no email gate and nothing to buy. Answer the questions, press the button, keep the files.
What format are the documents?
Your choice: Word (.docx) that you can edit and put on your own letterhead, PDF for printing and signing, or both. Eight documents either way.
Do you see my answers?
No. The documents are built by your own browser on your own device, and nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else. Once the page has loaded you can turn the internet off and it still works — that is the simplest way to prove it.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. These are practical starting points written in plain English for UK small businesses, to adapt to how you actually work. If a solicitor would normally review your staff documents, they should review these too.
Does this make our business compliant?
No document can decide that. Where the law needs an assessment of your own processing — a Data Protection Impact Assessment, for instance — the pack says so and points you at the regulator's own process rather than generating one.
I only want the use policy, not eight documents.
