Pricing

Clear prices. No meter running.

Every price is agreed in writing before work starts. Each step has to earn the next, every build is yours outright, and stopping after the report is a perfectly good outcome.

The buying path

Start small. Continue only when the numbers support it.

These are steps, not a bundle. Most businesses begin with the call; plenty stop after the written audit.

01 · Qualify

A useful first call

Free

Fifteen minutes with the person who would do the work. Bring one question your business struggles to answer.

No sales presentation and no obligation.

03 · Automate

Automation or a business system

From £1,495

A fixed-scope process automation or bespoke business system, quoted from measured work. You own the result and the source code.

Your working systems stay in place where they should.

04 · Own

Cortex

From £4,950

The private AI appliance installed in your building, configured for your documents and team.

First three months of Care included.

05 · Support

Care

£195/month

Optional monitoring, updates, tested backups and small fixes after the included period.

Cancel any time; what you bought keeps working.

Prices exclude VAT. Automation, business system and Cortex figures are starting prices because the scope depends on the measured work; your quoted figure is fixed before the project begins.

Cortex

From £4,950

Installed, owned outright, with the first three months of Care included. Care is then optional at £195 a month.

What the price buys

One private system for the whole business.

The price covers the appliance, software, installation on your network and training for your team. There is no per-seat licence, usage meter or annual renewal deciding whether you still own what you bought.

How a build is quoted

The scope becomes a number before the work becomes an invoice.

01Measure the work

The audit finds the real volume, handling time, exceptions and dependencies.

02Write the boundary

We set out what is included, what stays with people and which systems remain authoritative.

03Agree one price

The fixed quote is accepted before anything starts. If we underestimated, that is our problem.

04Hand over ownership

You receive the working result, source code and documentation rather than a rental dependency.

When not to buy

Three reasons we may tell you to spend nothing.

Good commercial advice includes the point where the proposed answer stops making sense.

Renting is genuinely cheaper

A small team with light use and no confidentiality pressure may be better served by a cloud subscription. See the three-year comparison.

The process is not ready

If nobody agrees on the rules, software only makes confusion move faster. The first recommendation will be to fix the process.

The saving does not cover the price

If the hours we can measure cannot justify the spend, the report says buy nothing. That is not a failed audit.

Questions people actually ask

The details, before you need to ask.

Is there a per-seat or per-user charge?

No. Cortex is one box for the whole team, with no per-seat fees and no usage caps. Adding the tenth person costs the same as adding the second: nothing.

What happens if we stop paying for Care?

Everything keeps working. Care buys monitoring, updates, tested backups and small fixes — not the right to keep using what you bought.

Are the prices fixed, or is it a day rate?

Fixed, and agreed in writing before work starts. Automation and business system builds are quoted from measured scope; we do not work on open-ended day rates.

Can we spread the cost of Cortex?

Ask, and we will set out both routes honestly, including the total cost of spreading it against buying outright. Both routes end with you owning it.

Is the initial qualification really free?

Yes. Send the problem in your own words and we will tell you whether we can help before proposing paid work.

When is a cloud provider the better answer?

Sometimes it genuinely is: particularly for small teams, light use and no confidentiality pressure. Our comparison includes the cases where renting wins.

The next step costs nothing

Bring one expensive, repetitive or unanswered question.

Fifteen minutes is enough to decide whether a closer look is worthwhile.
