Answers from your own content
Your website pages, FAQs and any documents you approve, kept in sync as your site changes. You decide what is suitable for visitors to see.
AI chatbots · Built and managed by Inferred
Most website chatbots are something you’re handed to configure yourself: a dashboard, a pricing page with a dozen tiers, and a bill that changes shape once you’re using it properly. We build yours, train it on your own site and documents, and run it — one flat monthly fee, no meter counting every question it answers.

The problem with the DIY versions
A self-service chatbot leaves the setup with you: connect the site, choose what it can read, configure the answers and work out what happens when it gets stuck. Then keep doing that as your business changes.
Before buying, it’s worth asking what the bill counts: seats, conversations, resolutions or usage. A price that depends on activity can be harder to plan around as more people use the service.
Those are questions about the service and the business model. Our answer is straightforward: we build it, agree one flat monthly fee and take responsibility for keeping it useful. It’s the same approach to control and clear costs behind Cortex, our private AI appliance.
What it does
Help visitors find what they need, then make it easy to reach the right person.
Your website pages, FAQs and any documents you approve, kept in sync as your site changes. You decide what is suitable for visitors to see.
Built to use the evidence you’ve provided. If it can’t find an answer, it should say so and offer a way to reach you, rather than invent a policy or a price.
Collects what you actually need from a lead, asks it conversationally rather than as a form, and gets it to your inbox. A useful enquiry, not just a chat transcript.
When nobody’s watching, it says so and takes a message instead of leaving a visitor waiting for a reply that isn’t coming.
The questions it couldn’t answer are exactly the ones worth adding to the site. Review the gaps and improve the content your visitors actually need.
How it works
Your pages, FAQs and approved documents become the sources it can answer from. We agree the enquiry details it should collect and where to send them.
We run it against real questions, including questions it should decline, so you can review its answers and the handover before a visitor uses it.
No plugin marketplace, no settings to configure — we do that part. We check how it fits and works on your website, including on a phone.
Content changes, so does what it knows. If it starts getting something wrong, that’s on us to fix, not you.
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
Right for a business whose website gets the same handful of questions over and over, where the answer already exists on the site or in a document, and where a real enquiry beats a dead-end contact form.
Your site gets barely any traffic. There’s little for a chatbot to answer yet, so getting the right visitors to the site comes first.
If the problem is somebody picking up the phone or following up an enquiry, another box on a webpage won’t solve it.
Order changes, live account information and anything behind a login need their own scope and permissions. That’s a conversation about business systems or automation.
Honest answers
AI can still get an answer wrong. We use the same approach as Cortex: answers grounded in content you’ve approved, with instructions to say when the evidence isn’t there rather than guess. We test real questions before launch and review problems afterwards. You can review what it answered and the content behind it.
Enquiries go to you — by email and, if you want, a webhook into whatever system you already use. Conversations are retained for a period you control, not kept indefinitely by default. We agree what it collects, where it is processed and how long it is kept before launch.
Yes — the same terms as our other hosted work: a written exit, your content and configuration handed over, and no exit fee. Moving the service includes arranging its new hosting; the handover terms are agreed from the start.
Yes — it is set up to answer outside your opening hours too. When a real person is needed and nobody’s available, it takes a proper message and explains the next step instead of leaving someone stuck.
