Plan and assign the work
Create a visit or collection with an address, contact, job details and a named crew. Make changes to the plan visible.
A visit is not finished when someone ticks a box on a phone. The office needs to know what happened, what was collected or completed, and what still needs attention. We build the job record that connects the crew to the office, including places with no signal.

Honest boundaryKeep existing systems where they work
The day starts with printed sheets and ends with photos, messages and handwritten changes. Office staff then reconstruct what happened before they can update a customer or prepare an invoice. Missed visits and partial collections are the hardest to untangle.
The scope follows your existing work. These are the stages we would review together.
01
Create a visit or collection with an address, contact, job details and a named crew. Make changes to the plan visible.
02
Load the assigned jobs and necessary instructions before the crew leaves. Agree what must remain available without a connection.
03
Record quantities, notes, photos and completion evidence against the job. Show incomplete work and the reason for a failed visit explicitly.
04
Show which changes are saved on the device and which have reached the server. A crew member should not have to guess whether a record was sent.
05
Give each submission a unique identity so a retry does not create a second collection. Conflicting office and crew changes need an agreed review rule.
06
Route exceptions to the right person and prepare confirmed records for customer updates, accounts or the existing operations system.
Illustrative workflow: a driver reaches a collection with no mobile signal and finds less material than expected. The device saves the actual quantity, photo and reason. Back online, the office receives one checked visit record, even if the upload retries. The difference is reviewed before invoice preparation.
We map the route into your existing job, stock, weighing or accounts system. Hardware access and supported interfaces are checked before promising a connection. A collection record is not automatically a compliant statutory submission; any reporting requirement needs its own agreed scope.
AI can help with extracting or finding information where it earns its place. Records, calculations and approval rules use ordinary software where that is the dependable choice.
Start with one visit type, one crew workflow and one office handoff. Test loss of signal, a repeated submission, a cancelled job and two people changing the same record. Route optimisation, specialist hardware and statutory reporting are separately scoped.
Fixed-scope builds start from £1,495, with the actual deliverables and price agreed in writing. If the workflow needs measuring first, the Operations Audit is £895. Hosting, support, licences and any additional work are set out in the quote. See pricing and what is included.
Useful when work happens on site or in vehicles and the office spends time rebuilding the record afterwards. It suits operations whose visit details or exceptions do not fit a standard field-service package.
If a standard scheduling and proof-of-delivery product fits, use it. If the main problem is route planning, commissioning a full bespoke field system may be more than you need.
We agree device access, stored-data limits and account revocation with you. Offline operation means some information is on the device, so that choice is part of the design, alongside backups and a way to recover unfinished work.

The first fifteen minutes are free. We will look at the work, explain the options and agree whether a small first project makes sense.
If the honest answer is that the process needs the system rebuilt rather than one step automated, that is a bespoke business system built around your work.
