Less retyping. Clearer handovers.A clearer way to run your business
When quotes, jobs and stock depend on copying, chasing and knowing which file is right, it’s time to look at a better business system.

01 / Recognise the problem
Spreadsheets are brilliant. The trouble starts when several people use one to run live work, with phone calls, paper and email filling the gaps.
Tick the ones you recognise. It’s a starting point for a conversation.
Recognise two or more? That’s worth a closer look.

We build office systems, field apps and customer portals. The same checked information follows the job, with useful views for your team and your customers.

Answers they can find themselves.A system built to last
A Sussex sign maker still uses the quote, job sheet and invoice system we built in 2005. A practical example of software shaped around the work.

Ten minutes, thirty times a week. Try your own figures for one repeated task, then start with the problem that takes the most time.
This estimates time spent, not a promise of time saved. Checking, exceptions and correction work still count.
03 / Start with one process
The free check is a fifteen-minute conversation about what it manages, who uses it and what goes wrong. You don’t need a technical brief or to send us your files.

Improve your tools, buy a ready-made product, connect a missing step or build around your process. We’ll explain which is worth investigating.
If there’s a build worth doing, scope, price and success are agreed in writing before work starts. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you.

Keep what works. We check whether an existing system can connect before promising it.
Own what we build. Source code, documentation and a proper handover. Support is optional.
No spreadsheet upload needed.
A few sensible questions
Usually not. Software that already does its job can stay. We confirm that a connection is possible before we promise it, and start with the part causing the most trouble.
The free check helps identify what to look at first. Any further assessment or build is scoped and priced separately, in writing, before work starts. We include setup, data transfer, training, hosting and support so you can compare the whole cost.
You receive the source code, documentation and a proper handover. Ongoing support is optional, and another engineer can support it. Inferred does not charge per-seat licence fees for the systems we build; third-party software and hosting costs are agreed separately.
We agree a changeover plan, check the data and train the team. Real-world testing includes changed orders, mistakes and missing information, with a clear way back if something needs correcting.
We’ll say so. A clearer process, some training or a standard product may be the best answer. Bespoke software earns its place when your rules or handovers keep forcing people back to manual work.
No. Quotes, job tracking, stock and customer portals can be built with ordinary software. AI is an option where a specific task justifies it, not a requirement for a new business system.
